Adidas Tubular Gallery

Adidas invited me to get a look at their new Adidas Tubular collection in Berlin. And when Adidas calls, you better be there.

The problem about events like these are that I use to fall in love with the fashion pieces like from 0 to 100 real quick. And there was one pair of sneakers that I literally hold in my hands for 5 minutes. It reached the point where it was kinda awkward and I got jealous when somebody else was looking at it. And there were a lot of eyes on it, because the gallery was mad crowded.

So I kinda left heartbroken, but still the collection is dope af.

The Shit I’m Wearing: Hood Look (ootd)

That’s a good look, better yet a hood look.  Here is another ootd! That was actually what I was wearing on the last day of Fashion Week Berlin. I seriously was too tired to “dress up”, which I actually never do. So I was like fuck it and let me chill with my basic ass clothes. And you can tell I was partying a lot:

Yeezy Season 1

Yeezy Season 1.
Do I have to say more? Kanye West and Adidas unveiled their first collaboration in New York City and showcased the Yeezy Collection. Named Yeezy Season 1 the collection features a series of apparel and the new footwear including the adidas Yeezy 750 Boost and the adidas Yeezy 350 Boost. And in my opinion here is why the hype is so real (I can feel it all the way to Europe):

1. The collection is timeless and at the same time it’s zeitgeisty.
2. The presentation. Simple, clean, urban and putting the collection in the spotlight. And it’s so smart to portray nakedness so that the focus is on the clothing. The idea is genius!
3. The models. The mixture of not experienced and experienced models like Ian Connor, Kylie Jenner, Amina Blue, Dudley O’Shaughnessy  or Jackson Hale and the variety of looks is making the collection very approachable. The models are reflecting society and showing different shapes, heights, colors and faces.
4. Not so relevant, but still relevant for the press: the front row. When Beyonce, Jay-Z, Kim, Anna Wintour and Puffy (the 90s are back) are sitting in the front row then you already know what’s up.
5. Just take a look:

And last but not least:
6. This day is going down in history as the day when Nike fucked up. Nike, you fucked up! BIG TIMES!

I am just praying that the fashion pieces are not too expensive. But this collection needs to be supported. #TeamAdidas

And I figured my last post is just gonna be as chill as the whole year.

The Shit I’m Wearing: Adidas

For this post I tried to make something different and keep it as real and urban as possible. And maybe just because this was the most spontaneous #ootd shooting I have ever done. And in my mind I thought:  If Karl can use his Ipad, then I can use my Iphone (basically that’s what I say all the time).  So this is what happened:

Me and a friend of mine where walking down the city when we heard classical music coming out of this building. And so we entered it, I was literally like: My outfit is all Adidas everything, this building is fucking insane, let’s take these pictures! And btw this was the most relaxing shooting I have ever done.

And I am just obsessed with the Adidas shoes and sweater I am wearing. And if I wasn’t a fashion blogger I would say that I wear it almost every day, but this is probably not a part of the blogging etiquette.
So the sweater is from Nigo’s first Adidas collection named Originals by Nigo, who is inspired by vintage sportswear. And in case you don’t know who Nigo is, you should do some research! But most definitively you have seen his face somewhere! To make it super short: Nigo is a Japanese music producer and DJ who worked with Pharrell and the creator of the urban clothing line A Bathing Ape. And the Adidas collection is sooooo good!
